Privacy Policy

1) Scope and controller
This policy applies to My Money Hub products and services operated by Viglascode, including: (a) the My Money Hub mobile app; (b) the moneyfinancialwellness.com website and related pages; and (c) editorial and promotional information about the book My Money Hub Method™. It explains what data we process, why, and your rights under U.S. privacy laws (including applicable state frameworks, e.g. Florida and other consumer privacy states).
2) Information we collect
- Contact data when you reach support or legal channels (for example, email).
- App technical and usage data (device, version, product events, errors).
- Financial information you enter in the app: income, expenses, transactions, budgets, categories, accounts, goals, properties and other assets, and data needed to calculate net worth, Financial Health™ (MHI), Financial Vital Signs™, levels, trends, and mentor guidance.
- Website data: preferred language (e.g. in browser local storage), basic button/link interactions (e.g. downloads, book section), and, if enabled, aggregated web analytics metrics (such as Google Analytics / gtag) to understand landing-page usage.
- Operational data required to provide, maintain, and secure the service.
3) How we use information
- Operate and maintain the application and website.
- Generate evaluations, scores, levels, goals, trends, and mentor guidance from information you enter, within the My Money Hub Method™ framework.
- Present book and app content, and measure in aggregate which sections or calls to action are useful.
- Enable data export and import when you request it.
- Improve features, performance, support, and website experience.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
4) Book, Amazon, and third parties
The book My Money Hub Method™ is an editorial/educational product. When Amazon purchase is available, using the buy link takes you off our site and Amazon’s (or other retailers’) policies apply. We do not sell the book directly on this website while the button shows “Coming soon.” We do not automatically receive your Amazon payment information through this landing page.
5) Financial data and automated insights
My Money Hub processes information you enter for finance-assistant features (evaluations, tips, and recommendations). These outputs are informational and educational; they do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. The book and app complement each other (methodology + practice), but neither guarantees wealth outcomes. We do not use your financial information for cross-context behavioral advertising or sell it.
6) Legal basis and disclosure
We process data to provide the service, meet legal obligations, protect security, and improve experience. We may use technical providers (hosting, analytics, app stores) under appropriate arrangements. We do not sell personal information or share sensitive information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7) U.S. privacy rights
If you are a resident of states with applicable privacy laws (for example California CPRA/CCPA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, or others), you may request access, correction, deletion, copy/portability, and where applicable opt out of certain processing.
8) Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed for operational, legal, and security purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including financial data, assets, and evaluations generated in the app. See also our Security Policy.
9) Export and import
If you export data from the app, you are responsible for protecting the resulting files and sharing them only with trusted recipients. If you import data, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that its content is accurate.
10) Children (COPPA)
My Money Hub, the website, and book content are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent.
11) Requests and verification
To protect your account, we may request reasonable information to verify identity before processing rights requests. You may also designate an authorized agent where allowed by law.
