These Terms of Service are the Terms of Use (EULA) for My Money Hub products and services operated by Viglascode, including the website (moneyfinancialwellness.com), the mobile application, optional auto-renewable subscriptions, and related informational materials about the book My Money Hub Method™. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
My Money Hub is a personal finance assistant that helps you organize financial information you enter, including income, expenses, transactions, budgets, categories, accounts, goals, properties and other assets, net worth, Financial Health™ indicators (including MHI and Financial Vital Signs™), trends, and mentor guidance aligned with My Money Hub Method™. The website provides product information, download links, and book information. Features, availability, and updates may change over time.
Book and third-party purchase
My Money Hub Method™ is an educational paperback. Purchase may be fulfilled by Amazon or other retailers; their terms and privacy policies apply to that transaction. The purchase link on this page goes to Amazon. Book content is educational and does not guarantee financial results.
Informational use only
Scores, levels, evaluations, trends, goals, mentor messages, and book methodology content are for informational and educational purposes only. My Money Hub does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and does not guarantee any financial outcome.
Your data and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter, including asset values and property details. Results and recommendations depend on that information and may not reflect your full financial situation.
Export and import
If you use export or import features, you are responsible for securing exported files and for ensuring you have the right to import any data you upload.
Use of the Application and Website
You agree not to misuse the app or website, or attempt to disrupt their operation, security, or availability.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Optional paid access in the My Money Hub app, including My Money Hub Pro, is an auto-renewable subscription on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Samsung Galaxy Store. Before you confirm a purchase, the app shows the subscription title, the length of the subscription, and the price, including the price per unit when that store displays it. Payment is charged to the account of the store where you subscribe: your Apple ID, your Google account, or your Samsung account. We do not store your payment card number.
The subscription renews automatically for the same length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in the subscription settings of that same store: Apple ID subscriptions, Google Play payments and subscriptions, or Galaxy Store subscriptions. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the end of the period already paid. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of that trial ends when you purchase a subscription, as that store requires.

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks (including My Money Hub Method™, Financial Health™, and related marks), and materials related to My Money Hub are owned by Viglascode or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reading of purchased book copies as allowed by applicable law.
The My Money Hub mobile application (computer program) is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office under registration number TX 9-633-999. The copyright claimant is Viglascode LLC. For rights and permissions regarding the software, contact legal@viglascode.com.
Limitation of Liability
My Money Hub is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app, website, or book materials, including decisions made based on scores, evaluations, mentor guidance, or methodology content.
